How we handle your information
Plain-language notes on what this site collects, where it goes and who handles it. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
What do you collect when I use the get-started form?
Only what you type into the four short steps, plus a record of your consent.
- Your plansWhether you are buying, the situation that fits you, your timeline, the area you are looking at, a price range and where you live now.
- Contact detailsYour name and phone number, an email address if you choose to give one, the best time to reach you, your language and how you prefer to be contacted.
- Consent recordThe time you ticked the consent box and the version of the wording you agreed to.
- Where you came fromThe page where you filled out the form and, if the link had them, campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content).
We also save simple routing tags, such as out-of-state or outside the U.S., derived from your answers.
Older requests sent through a previous version of the form may include answers to questions the form no longer asks.
While you fill out the form, it keeps your answers in your browser's session storage (autosave) until you submit or close the tab.
What we do not collect
What do you never ask for?
The form does not ask for, and our server does not accept or store:
- Identity and creditSocial Security numbers, immigration status, credit scores or dates of birth.
- Money detailsIncome, bank or card account numbers.
Please do not send these details by email or through this site either.
Where it goes
Where is my information stored and who handles it?
- DatabaseYour request is saved in a database we run with Supabase. It is the main record. If both the database and our backup email fail, the request may be written to our hosting provider's server logs so it is not lost.
- EmailWe use Resend to email our team about your request and, if you gave an email address, to send you a confirmation and later follow-ups. Follow-up emails carry an unsubscribe link.
- Team spreadsheetIf our team has switched it on, a copy of your request is added to a Google Sheets pipeline sheet.
- HostingThis site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the web traffic that reaches it.
Site statistics
Do you track me on this site?
We count a few actions ourselves, with our own code: starting and finishing the form, how far people get, submissions, and taps on the phone or email links. Each count carries the page, the language, any campaign tags and the site you came from, plus a random session code kept only in your browser's session storage. We set no cookies and use no advertising trackers. We do not store your IP address; it is used briefly in memory to slow down abusive traffic.
We also keep a simple log when well-known search and AI crawlers (for example Googlebot or GPTBot) visit: the crawler's name, the page and its user-agent text. That log holds no information about visitors.
How we use it
What do you do with my information?
We use it to get back to you about your request, the way you chose, and to run and improve this site. We do not sell it. We share it only with the service providers named above so they can do their part, and when the law requires it. Nothing here is a commitment to lend.
You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails with the link in any of them. To ask a question about your information, call us.
